For use with the Ford Duratec 2.5L engine in the angled position

An unique high end design throttle body assembly fully billet aluminium CNC machined construction. The throttle bodies, housings and trumpets are machined from billet and all screw in together doing away with any flanges and bolts that may come loose and enter the inlet causing serious engine damage. This unique design allows various lengths housings and trumpets to be used, ideal for limited space applications

45mm DCOE fitment with a direct to head CNC machined adaptor plate
Precision machined 6082 aluminium throttle housings
Anodized black finish
Flat machined stainless steel throttle shafts to reduce air turbulence
Precision machined 6082 aluminium integrated linkage – no additional components required
Bespoke dual wound throttle spring on each DCOE housing.
Elliptical bell mouth trumpets with full return radii to improve airflow
One piece billet fuel rail suitable for either push on hose fittings or AN/JIC hose fittings
Left, right and centre cable pull options available in both up and down configurations
Utilises Wabash type TPS sensor – other variants available upon request

Kit includes: 45mm DCOE fitment throttle assemblies
Direct to head Duratec Adaptor plate
DCOE split fuel rails to suit all DCOE inlet manifold configurations
1/4 drive C-spanner for tightening of throttle ram pipes.
