Escort Mk1 Mk2 - For Vauxhall XE to For Ford Gearbox Alloy Bellhousing - Quick Release

New manufactured rear wheel drive / Escort Mk1 & Mk2 alloy bellhousing to fit the Vauxhall XE engine

Fits the following engines:
Vauxhall XE 2.0 16v Red Top

To suit Ford Gearboxes:
4 Speed rocket
5 Speed Type-9
Including sequential gearboxes based on the Type-9

Quick Release Fitting: Quick release allows the removal of the gearbox leaving the bellhousing attached to the engine. For fast gearbox changes this will leave the clutch all assembled inside the bellhousing whilst the box is changed.  The quick release threads can be drilled out and used as a standard if required. 

You will need 4 x M10 x 1.5mm pitch cap head bolts. These bolts allow the bellhousing to be attached to the Ford gearbox externally straight through the original tapped 12mm holes of the Ford gearbox and bolted into the 10mm tapped holes of the quick release bellhousing.
